Salary
At MAN Rollo you earn a salary that at least conforms to the market salary and which is adjusted to your age and experience.
End of year bonus (13th month)
MAN Rollo has a profit linked 13th month bonus scheme. This is paid in December. Despite it being profit linked this 13th month bonus has been paid every year for the last 40 years.
Bonus for not taking sick leave
MAN Rollo pays a bonus that can be as much as 30% of a gross monthly salary if you have taken fewer than 6 days sick leave in the calendar year. This bonus is likewise paid in December.
Day’s holiday
Subject to your age you will have at least 23 day’s holiday and 4 non-working days. Two of these non-working days are determined by the employer and are usually the day following Ascension Day and that following New Year’s Day.
Pension scheme
MAN Rollo operates a collective pension scheme whereby MAN Rollo pays two thirds of the contribution and the employee the remaining third.
Collective health insurance scheme
MAN Rollo has concluded a collective health insurance scheme in respect of its employees at Zilveren Kruis Achmea. If you join this scheme you receive a gross contribution towards the cost of health Insurance of € 20 a month.
Work and Income According to Work Capacity (WIA)/(Re)Employment of Partially employable people (WGA) shortfall Insurance scheme
MAN Rollo takes out WIA/WGA shortfall insurance on behalf of its employees and pays the full contribution in respect of this.
