1906 – Cornelis Marinus Klijweg – steamboat operator in Dordrecht, the Netherlands – buys a venue in The Hague and starts a workplace; the birth of Rollo BV.
1920 – Gute Hoffnungshütte AG uit Oberhausen (GHH) takes over Rollo.
1946 – Wm H. Müller & Co takes over Rollo after WWII.
1975 – Rollo is sold completely to GHH and becomes a full subsidiary of MAN B&W Diesel. MAN Rollo is the new company name. Brons Engines and Silu compressors are added to the assortment.
1995 – Move from The Hague to Zoetermeer
1998 – Agreement between MAN B&W Diesel AG en Pon. Takeover of MAN Rollo bv by Pon. Parker/Racor Filtration systems are added to the assortment.
2006 – MAN Rollo celebrates centennial.

2007 – MAN Rollo is split up: medium and low speed activities (MAN Diesel, MAN B&W) are sold to MAN AG, high speed activities (MAN Nützfahrzeuge) remain with PON Holdings and will be the MAN Rollo's new core business.
2008 – Opening of service point for biogasprojects in the North of Holland, near Leeuwarden.
